Yoga for Bronchial Asthma — A Controlled Clinical Study
A controlled study of 106 asthma patients — half trained in integrated yoga (breathing, asanas, pranayama and meditation), half continuing usual treatment. The yoga group showed significantly fewer weekly asthma attacks, reduced reliance on medication, and improved peak expiratory flow, supporting yoga as an effective long-term therapy for bronchial asthma.
